R.E.S.T (Releasing Emotional Stress Technique) (Upcoming Events)
Level I
6 hoursThis technique and workshop, developed by Vicki, combines many helpful tools that she has learned over the last 30 years through her work experience. Some of the roots are in courses such as Touch for Health, pioneered by John F. Thei; One Brain by Gordon Stokes and Daniel Whiteside; Dr. Callahan; Louise Hay; NeuroLinguistic Programming, and many more.
The R.E.S.T. process uses muscle testing to identify old belief patterns and sabotages in the subconscious that no longer serve us and reactively interfere with activating new desires and intentions. It then diffuses them and replaces them with new patterns of thought and behavior, which create healthy cells that are in harmony with our desires. This allowsus to move from a place of being stuck to freedom, happiness, creativity and growth. This system is used in personal sessions, business and executive coaching, and workshops.
Ecology within the Triangle of Health (Upcoming Events)
Introduction
4 hoursThis workshop introduces the concept of the Triangle of Health.
If we are concerned about ecology and saving the earth, we must be concerned about the ecology within first. This means looking at our body holistically.
If we are experiencing discomfort or disease, that is a signal to us that something within our whole ecological system has moved out of alignment with its natural flow. The triangle of health includes three aspects of that system: Our biochemical, structural and emotional/spiritual sides. We cannot work on just one side by treating symptoms and ignoring the other dimensions. All of our energies need to be brought into working harmony together for us to be healthy and whole.
1. Biochemical, nutritional, circulatory
Like the earth we are 99% minerals, water and oxygen. For there to be balance there needs to be a natural flow between taking in nutrients and excreting toxins. Our body needs to be able to circulate this process in an open fluid way, through blood, lymph, nerves, energy, hormones and neuro-brain chemicals.2. Emotional, creative, spiritual
This is the side of the triangle where we cultivate our connection to our environment, through tribal and family beliefs, perceptions, desires, creativity, relationships, life purpose, emotions and manifestation3. Structural, energetic, vibrational
For life to perpetuate there needs to be movement. No movement, no life!
This involves our physical structure, our energy body, and our grounding to the earth and the universe. This represents our balance between stability and flexibility. Contraction and expansion. Like a large oak tree that provides refuge and contributes to the ecology of the earth, we must have strong roots and yet be able to bend with the wind. We also, especially in this yin period of transformation, need to be flexible and flow with change.
Ecology within the Triangle of Health Intensive
3-day workshopThis workshop combines the principles of the Triangle of Health with Introduction to Muscle Testing, The Art of Self-Testing and Behavioral Re-Patterning.
