Body Energy Exercise

BODY ENERGIES EXERCISE
Try something different for a different result!

As healers, one of the most important abilities we use is our ability to call in and channel the energy. The energy becomes our friend and co-worker—we learn to become a pure channel for it, seek to merge with its intelligence and use our power of visualization to direct it, in many ways.

Here is an exercise from the Chios repertoire that will increase your knowledge of the energy and your ability to direct it and use it in healing. By learning to draw the energy through your own body, you become attuned to the energy, and your ability to direct it using your power of visualization is greatly developed. This GREATLY adds to your ability to practice energy healing techniques with maximum effectiveness. It also greatly adds to your ability to effectively perform the Chios healing attunements, and to use energy and light visualization to treat diseases in your seriously ill patients. Proceed in this way:

1 - Stand by yourself and visualize the Chios symbols to call in the energy as you would normally do when beginning a healing treatment.

2 - Then, using your intention and will, direct the energy to specific areas in your own body. Draw the energy, for example, in a localized flow from the earth to one or both of your knees. Do this by visualizing, sensing and becoming a brilliant flow of white light, coming up from the earth and collecting in a brilliant white cloud around one or both of your knees. Visualizing the brilliant white light (which is the same as the energy—a more powerful visualization of energy) greatly multiplies your ability to direct the energy. Maintain the energy in one or both of your knees, noting the difference in FEEL between where the energy is and where it is not present in your body.

3 - Draw the energy up further, as it flows from the earth, to one or both of your hips, again visualizing, sensing and becoming the cloud of brilliant white light, to do so. Maintain it in this new place and continuing to be aware of the difference in feeling between where the energy is and where it is not present.

4 - Draw the energy up yet further, using light visualization just as before, and into the area around one or both of your shoulders, in the same way. You can even direct it down one or both of your arms, even down to one or both hands, or up to your head.

5 - After you bring the energy up, in this way, you can move it back downwards—from your shoulders back down to your knees, for example, or to other areas.

6 - Continue this exercise for between 3 and 15 minutes, using various randomly selected locations on one or both sides your body as locations for the energy, using a localized flow to specific body points, and holding the energy there, being aware all the while of the difference between where the energy is and where it is not present.

This exercise—like most of the exercises in Chios—is a pretty simple one. It is nevertheless one of the most powerful exercises you can perform, to increase your healing ability. It will create in you a greater awareness of the nature of the energy, from its ground in the body to its spiritual essence, will open you to know it and become transparent to it, and much more able to direct it effectively.
